Budworth Hardcastle acted on behalf of Fairline Boats in the leasehold acquisition of a bespoke 22,500 sq ft high quality office building on the Nene Valley Business Park in Oundle. The unit (currently under construction) is scheduled to be ready for occupation late 2008. This acquisition brings the office and design function close to the company's main production facilities in Oundle. Budworth Hardcastle have advised Fairline Boats on their property matters for nearly 20 years.
