Philip has been involved within the broad East Midlands area since 1980.

Originally a Partner of Wilson Smith he became a Regional Director within the TSB Property Services Ltd umbrella before becoming a founding Partner of Budworth Brown in 1994.

His main emphasis has been agency and development; the development expertise has involved not only site assemblies for food stores and retail warehouse developments but also the bringing forward of land for industrial and warehouse distribution development.

Started his career based in London within the Professional Department of Barnard Marcus before moving to the West End office of DTZ where he worked primarily on property assets owned by the BP Pension Fund.

Mark returned to Northamptonshire in 1990 joining Wilson Peacock in Kettering prior to becoming one of the founding Directors of Budworth Brown in 1994.

Mark is a member of the RICS valuation faculty and carries out a full range of professional work as well general agency and development work.

Started work in Northamptonshire in September 1990 for Wilson Peacock before joining Budworth Brown in 1994 and also qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994.

Specialises in Agency and Development in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

Joined Budworth Brown in August 2006 having previously spent 4 years at MCL Property Consultants in Northampton.

Based at the Kettering office of Budworth Brown Amanda covers all aspects of agency in the Northamptonshire and Leicestershire area.

Steven Banks BSc (Hons) MRICS has considerable commercial and industrial expertise across the full range of building consultancy services having acted for clients both locally and nationally.

Steve was previously an Associate Director with a large national practice before being recruited by Budworth Brown, prior to the merger with Marroitt Hardcastle, to head the Building Surveying Department.

During his time spent in the property industry he has surveyed premises for clients prior to their freehold and leasehold acquisitions, has acted in a project monitoring/employer’s representative role on new build projects, has coordinated the refurbishment and upgrading of industrial and office premises and has successfully acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants with regards to dilapidations claims.
