Christopher Drummond has had many years experience working in the profession, covering the East Midlands and specifically the Northamptonshire and South Leicestershire markets.

Christopher was previously a Director with Berry Commercial and joined Budworth Hardcastle (previously Marriott Hardcastle) in 1994 as a Partner heading up the Northampton agency and development team.

His own particular emphasis has been agency and development in the office and warehouse sectors throughout the East Midlands area.

Jonathan graduated from Nottingham Trent University (1996) with both an HND and a degree in Estate Surveying and he was elected as a member of the RICS in 1997. He worked in Northampton for five years before moving to Milton Keynes in 2001.

He has since worked for both Douglas Duff and Bidwells in Milton Keynes and has specialised more recently on the office sector, including helping to launch and market the largest office development project in MK for over twenty years (Hampton Brook’s The Pinnacle). He joins Budworth Hardcastle to help the Company expand the practice into new areas and will be focusing initially on agency acquisition/disposal work, development and investment projects.
