The Institutional owners Standard Life Investments Ltd instructed our Building Consultancy division to prepare specifications and project manage the £65k refurbishment programme.

The warehouse facility (8m eaves) is fitted out with lighting. 134,000 sq.ft. is fitted out with VNA racking (mostly very narrow aisle) capable of taking 20,000 pallet spaces.

The building is available to lease at a rent of £3.50 per sq.ft.
