Racing Car Constructor buys industrial unit in Corby     12/06/2008
Gilbert Harvey Director of Budworth Hardcastle announces the sale of Unit 1 Wansell Road, Corby, Northants being a detached industrial unit of just over 7,700 sq.ft. to Racing Car Constructor, Team West-Tec as their new headquarters in Corby as part of their continued expansion within the town following several years of successful competition.

This comes on the back of selling two neighbouring industrial units 2 & 3 earlier in the year that totalled just over 12,600 sq.ft. to C & N International who acquired the industrial premises in Corby as part of their continued success and expansion moving from leasehold premises in Corby to the new freehold premises as part of their new UK headquarters.

Gilbert Harvey states "the industrial market in Corby is still continuing to show some strength and growth in freehold values despite the general economic conditions and still represents very good value compared with surrounding towns and cities situated in the heart of the country with excellent road connections".
