Unlike the economy interest in the new offices at Kibworth Business Park shows no signs of slowing down.
Completed in early 2008 the first occupiers have now moved in and these include professional companies such as Czech Logistics Alliance and Keyshell Interiors, creative companies such as Huband Design who have moved from Leicester and high profile companies such as Premier Drum who have moved from Wigston.
Amanda Lawrence, Surveyor with Budworth Hardcastle reports that strong interest is being shown in the remainder of the scheme with negotiations at an advanced stage with a further company looking to take 4,000 sq.ft.
Comments Amanda, "Prospective occupiers are impressed with the high quality build and interiors, featuring air conditioning, raised access floors, low glare lighting, exterior landscaping and site security, coupled with the easy to reach out of town environment and dedicated staff and visitor parking".
Ian Shelton of Keyshell Interiors who have moved into No.19 comments "The decision to move to Kibworth Business Park was an easy one. From my office I overlook open fields and the commute into work and home again is traffic light and jam free! In my line of work I see a lot of offices but at Kibworth I was extremely impressed with the high quality of the specification. In my opinion you would have to go a long way to beat the offices at Kibworth!
Budworth Hardcastle are marketing the remaining offices at Kibworth Business Park. Self contained offices are available to let from 558 sq.ft. up to 4,000 sq.ft. Two storey offices are available for sale from 1,559 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft.
