Budworth Hardcastle from their Kettering office with their joint agents, Loveitts from Coventry have announced the successful disposal of the lease held by their clients, Oak International on units 304a and b Basildon House, Pywell Road, Willowbrook Industrial Estate, Corby.

Budworth Hardcastle managed to negotiate a surrender of the Corby industrial premises on the co-terminus giving of a new lease to the current occupant Synergy who are looking to utilise the premises for the manufacture of high quality food ingredients.

Gilbert Harvey, a Director of Budworth Hardcastle states this is an excellent result for our client in disposing of their leasehold interest that involved quantifying their dilapidation exposure and organising a co-terminus surrender of their lease with the landlord giving a new lease to the ingoing tenant Synergy. Synergy will invest substantially in the premises increasing their existing manufacturing presence within Corby.
