Budworth Hardcastle are pleased to announce that they have just let the final unit within the Phoenix Trade Centre scheme in Corby to Wolseley. The scheme is now fully let with the existing occupiers being Howdens Joinery and Jewsons.

The scheme totalling just over 30,500 sq.ft. was constructed by Themevalley Developments who are based in Corby. Themevalley have also been responsible for the construction of a number of offices and industrial units and schemes in the area.
