Off Market Shed Letting Laced Up     29/01/2009
The Northampton office of Budworth Hardcastle has recently completed the off market letting of a 20,513 sq ft detached warehouse facility on Moulton Park, Northampton.

Acting on behalf of shoe manufacturer Brevitt Rieker UK Ltd, the agency quickly identified an occupier who they knew were in the market for just this type of product. MACtac UK Ltd have taken a fifteen year lease without break, at a rent of £103,500 per annum with five yearly rent reviews to RPI.

James Hill who brokered the deal commented "The whole letting was agreed very quickly once MACtac had seen the building was precisely what they were looking for. In fact the building did not even reach the open market! The two parties worked very well together with a seamless back to back move."

Brevitt Rieker have moved to purpose built warehouse premises in Market Harborough where Budworth Hardcaste acted as the selling agent on behalf of Boden Developments.
