Budworth Hardcastle, Northampton has just completed the letting of a 13,600 sq ft warehouse building within two weeks of the tenant's first visit to the property!

16 Gatelodge Close, Round Spinney Industrial Estate, Northampton has been let for three years to 1st Choice Stock Ltd at a rent of £60,000 per annum. The company deals in returned furniture products from retailers such as Marks and Spencer and Argos.

Acting on behalf of Merchant Investors Assurance Company Ltd, Budworth Hardcastle agreed the terms and ensured the letting was completed to both parties satisfaction in an almost record time.

James Hill, Director of Budworth Hardcastle commented "The property had been on the market for some time but having identified the occupier we brokered terms quickly and, having developed momentum, kept the pace of the transaction up to secure the letting within two weeks of the tenant's first inspection."
