Regional commercial property consultants Budworth Hardcastle have announced the relocation of their Milton Keynes office to a brand new building located in Central MK.
The expanding firm has chosen to move to the prestigious ‘Luminous’ building, which forms part of the new Sainsburys development near to The Hub and Centre MK. Situated in a very prominent position overlooking Childs Way, the striking building is less than a year old.
Commenting on the relocation, Budworth Hardcastle director Chris Drummond said;
“Whilst our Milton Keynes office only opened in Spring 2009, we have been delighted with the progress already achieved. We have been asked to undertake work on behalf of clients in a region spanning from Brackley through to Bedford, including both acquisition and disposal work. We are working on five separate acquisition projects at the moment, which we feel reflects both the returning confidence in the occupier market and the relative dearth of good quality buildings available for those with active requirements. We believe that the decision to move to the Luminous building clearly demonstrates our commitment to serving the Milton Keynes market”
The offices have been fitted out to a very high standard by i2 Office, who through a joint venture with Helical Bar, have created a new standard in business centre accommodation. Budworth Hardcastle has a long standing relationship with Philip Grace, CEO of i2 Office, and look forward to working with them further in the future.
The website address and contact telephone number remain unchanged; 01908 726022. The new address is Luminous House, 300 South Row, Central Milton Keynes. MK9 2FR.
