Budworth Hardcastle Chartered Surveyors and commercial property consultants with offices in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering and Peterborough has announced a large warehouse letting in Corby of the 176,000sq.ft Willowbrook Centre to Assured Logistics Solutions as part of their continued expansion in addition to their existing Telford Way, Kettering warehouse premises of 72,000sq.ft.

The Willowbrook Centre, located on Curver Way, Corby, Northamptonshire occupying approximately a nine acre site was let three months prior to the expiry of the original lease involving a Surrender of the previous lease to allow the early letting to Assured Logistics Solutions.

Gilbert Harvey stated 'this is an excellent result to ensure that there were no void periods for our clinets in what is currently a very challenging climate ensuring our client was not exposed to issues such as empty rates.'

Budworth Hardcastle were also involved in preparing a Schedule of Dilapidations on the previous tenant to ensure that there was a smooth transfer from previous tenant to existing occupant.
