Budworth Hardcastle were pleased to announce the sale of the 20,000 sq.ft Industrial/Warehouse premises known as Units 1 & 2 Garrard Court, Garrard Way on Kettering's Telford Way Industrial Estate.

The premises are a semi detached industrial/warehouse building split into two units with one half currently occupied and the other half vacant principally available to let but the owners received a late freehold offer for the whole of the building when already having leasehold interest in it with the sale being completed within a week.
