Budworth Hardcastle Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants with offices in Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering and Peterborough announce that the start of 2010 has seen a series of successful lettings in Corby within the Tyson and Cronin Courtyards on the Weldon South Industrial Estate.

The Industrial Unit at M Tyson Courtyard has been let to Quantum Leap Press Room Products as part of their expansion into 6,300 sq ft that was completed at the same time as the letting of Industrial Unit at E Tyson Courtyard totalling 11,000 sq ft to American Company Tablecraft who have chosen Tyson Courtyard in Corby as their UK base for the UK and Europe.

The lettings of these two industrial units were completed in addition to Unit 8 Cronin Courtyard totalling approximately 16,000 sq ft being let to Nursery Connections as part of their continued success and expansion within Corby amalgamating from several units elsewhere in Corby into one large building.
