Budworth Hardcastle have been instructed by Rotherhill (Asfordby) Ltd with regard to a 30 acre employment site located at Holwell, 3 miles to the west of Melton Mowbray. The developer secured B1, B2 and B8 Consent in April of this year and will shortly start on site with the provision of road and service infrastructure specifically to provide sites for owner occupiers looking to develop their own industrial / commercial space.

Work is scheduled to start in late Autumn 2010 and plateaud serviced sites will be available from 0.5 acres - 20 acres. The land will be competitively priced at £250,000 per acre.
