Acting on behalf of the freeholder of 5 Cronin Road in Corby, Budworth Hardcastle were instructed to secure a tenant occupier. SML (Europe) Ltd were identified as a potential occupier. A new 15 year lease term with the occupier. The occupying tenant required a significant amount of work carrying out to the building. They engaged their own contractors to carry out the work and the Building Consultancy division of Budworth Hardcastle oversaw matters and advised the freeholder throughout the transaction.
