45,000 sq.ft. Milton Keynes facility acquired
Budworth Hardcastle have successfully acquired 45,225 sq.ft. food production facility on behalf of client Winterbotham Darby Ltd. The acquisition was by way of an assignment of an existing lease from the Administrators for Adelie Foods Ltd. As part of the negotiation, Budworth Hardcastle engaged with the existing landlord and negotiated a number of variations to the existing lease. The client also acquired the existing production lines and related equipment within the building and will use it to achieve their ongoing expansion plans within the UK.
