Steven Banks BSc (Hons) MRICS
Steve has been based in Northampton since joining Connell Wilson in 1995 and joined Budworth Hardcastle in 2004, setting up the Kettering building surveying department.
Steve has considerable commercial and industrial expertise across the full range of building consultancy services, having acted for clients locally and nationally. Steve has surveyed premises prior to their freehold and leasehold acquisitions, has acted in project monitoring/employer’s representative roles on new-build projects, has coordinated the refurbishment/remodelling of industrial, distribution, retail warehouse and office premises and has successfully acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants with regards to dilapidations claims.
Away from the office, Steve enjoys sports including rugby, cycling, running and golf. Hailing from the Merseyside Riviera he is also a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter.
