John Burditt BSc (Hons) MRICS
John has 40 years’ experience working in the built environment for local authorities, contractors, specialist contractors and Governmental organisations.
John has specialised in commercial building surveying, including quinquennial surveys, planned preventative maintenance surveys, building cost re-instatement assessments and building defect analysis. John is also qualified to administer principal designer duties required by the Construction Design & Management Regulations on building projects.
John has a wide range of experience, ranging from working on projects at historic monuments and Listed Buildings through to conversion of economically redundant premises and fit out of modern buildings.
