Gavin P Hynes MRICS
Gavin has been based in Peterborough since 1988, covering the Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire markets. He spent 16 years at Lambert Smith Hampton before joining Budworth Hardcastle in 2004 and setting up the Peterborough office.
Gavin specialises in development, asset management and investment, predominantly in the office and industrial sectors. He is a member of the Office Agents Society, Industrial Agents Society and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
Away from the office, Gavin has a keen interest in rugby and is active in a number of sports including running, skiing, golf, cycling and tennis.
