Largest Car Superstore in East Anglia
Budworth Hardcastle’s Building Consultancy Team recently acted for SW Car Supermarket in the pre acquisition due diligence of its new 54,000 sq.ft building, in the prime location just off the A15 at Dukesmead in Werrington, Peterborough. The former Porcelanosa unit has been refurbished and remodelled to suit SW Car Supermarket’s vision of making it the largest car superstore in terms of cars under cover in the whole of East Anglia capable of housing 1,000 new and used cars under one roof. The scheme follows on from the success of SW Car Supermarket in the Boongate area of the city.
