Leicester Industrial Unit pocketed
Budworth Hardcastle have let an industrial unit at Bath Lane extending to 3,000 sq.ft. to a growing company already based in Leicester, Big Pockets Ltd. The unit has been fully refurbished by the freeholder and was on the market for three weeks before terms were agreed between Budworth Hardcastle on behalf of the landlord and the new tenant. The deal was negotiated by Fraser Cruickshank who states ‘We wish Big Pockets well in their new home’.
