Acting on behalf of a private investor, Budworth Hardcastle have let just over 3,000 sqft of warehouse space to SML (Europe) Limited, a company that has been long established in Corby. The tenant occupier took a 10 year lease. This was an ‘off-market’ transaction at a record rent for industrial units of this type, size and general condition.
