Following swiftly on the heels of two successful design and build projects at Magnetic Park Desborough, part of the frontage land has now been developed out with a petrol filling station and a Marks & Spencer Simply Food convenience store. This has proved very successful with the occupiers at Magnetic Park and the residents of the new housing close by. Budworth Hardcastle advised Hamptonbrook Developments Ltd who promote development opportunities on this successful employment park. Now the only land that remains is a 3.5 acre warehouse/industrial site and a 2.7 acre frontage site, suitable for offices or hybrid small footprint business units.
