New Warehouse Lettings in Northamptonshire
Prologis have commenced construction of two new units at their distribution park at West Wellingborough. These units follow on from the 379,000 sq.ft. unit leased to Yusen Logistics Ltd. The units have been forward leased to two separate occupiers. 130,738 sq.ft. has been let to locally based Linkline Transport Ltd. The other unit totals 129,188 sq.ft. and has also been let; the identity of the occupier will be released shortly. The contract to build the units has been awarded to Benniman Construction Group and are scheduled for completion in May 2020. Budworth Hardcastle are the letting agents for Prologis.
