New Warehousing under construction scheduled for completion November 2021
Prologis have announced that work is to start on site on their last remaining plot on the successful distribution park they own at North Kettering. The two warehouses will offer footprints of 246,000 sqft and 92,500 sqft of high specification warehouse accommodation available to lease. Construction will start in January ’21. Completion is scheduled for October 2021. Tenant occupiers were identified during the construction phase and legal agreements have been exchanged on the larger distribution unit and the 92,500 sq.ft. unit is now firmly under offer.
