James Barker BSc (Hons)
James has a number of years’ experience in professional building surveying services and construction projects over both the commercial and public sectors. Project work includes a variety of historic and new-building types, including office, retail and industrial/warehousing.
James is involved with contract administration, project management and landlord and tenant matters including dilapidations negotiations.
Outside of work James is a keen cricketer, although family life and injuries are starting to reduce the time he spends on a cricket pitch.
