Nicholas Galloway BSc (Hons) MRICS
Nick joined Budworth Hardcastle’s Building Consultancy team in Northampton back in 2004 having been with Countrywide and Drivers Jonas (now part of Deloitte) prior. Nick is involved in a wide range of building projects from new build, refurbishment, remodelling, demolition and fit out schemes, undertaking Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, Project Management and Development Monitoring roles across the industrial, office and healthcare sectors. He is experienced in handling lease Dilapidations for Landlords and Tenants, together with pre-acquisition due diligence services such as Building Surveys, PPM reports and Schedules of Condition. Nick is also an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety. Away from the office he spends his time with his family and is still searching for that elusive classic car.
