Will re-joined Budworth Hardcastle in 2021 having returned from travelling the world. Will previously worked at Western Allison Wright and Underwoods LLP. Will deals with a wide range of building projects from refurbishment, remodelling and fit out schemes, undertaking employer’s agent, contract administration and project management roles on industrial, commercial and educational buildings. He is experienced in handling lease dilapidations for Landlords and Tenants, together with Building Surveys, PPM reports and Schedules of Condition. Outside of work Will enjoys long distance running, having competed in several marathons.
