Prologis Park Wellingborough Makes the Link
Northamptonshire based haulier and logistics specialist Linkline Transport have signed up for a new build 130,748 sq.ft. unit at Prologis Park Wellingborough. This new build follows on from Yusen Logistics who were the first on this established Park with a new 379,000 sq.ft unit. The Park provides excellent access via the A45 to the A14 and the M1 confirming Wellingborough’s credentials as a first class centre for distribution for London and the South East. With another design and build to be announced shortly this means the remaining land on the second phase can take 290,000 – 325,000 sq.ft. The contractors will start on site on behalf of developers Prologis in late September with the building scheduled for completion towards the end of May’20.
