Will Howells
Budworth Hardcastle’s Building Consultancy Team are delighted to announce that Will Howells (Building Surveyor) passed the RICS final Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and will now receive MRICS status. Will joined Budworth Hardcastle in January 2016 and has been an integral part of the Team active in both professional works such as Pre Acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations, Schedules of Condition and also in project work on a variety of Refurbishments and Fit Outs. Will spent most of Friday afternoon in the pub as part of the initial celebrations and can now enjoy the World Cup free of revision, presentation rehearsals and mock interviews!
